The original term is 「 空想樹 」which means, quite literally, “Fantasy Tree” (or Tree of Fantasy). Now I understand why this name doesn’t strike fear to your hearts, and “Tree of Emptiness” sounds more badass. However, it’s very very important to Cosmos in the Lostbelt narrative to keep the “fantasy” here. Because since Moonlight Lostroom (and before, even with Epic of Remnants thematic keywords involving fantasy and fiction) there has been built up and hints of how do pruned timelines suddenly can appear on the planet even thousands of years after they ceased to exist, with a rich continuation as if they never pruned. Why did Kirschtaria say “turn the fantasy tree a reality” in Atlantis. When you use “emptiness tree” it lacks the nuance they are trying to convey. This is why (Image heavy. i’ve seen ‘Revelation Liner’ on the Beast Lair forums. It literally translates to like… ‘Apocalypse Record Band’ or something. i’ve also seen someone use ‘Apocalypse Belt’. isn’t that spooky. what a fun, new, spooky term this is.
I’m personally going with ‘Revelation Belt’ because it kinda seems like it’s the… opposite of a Lostbelt? what does that mean? who knows. that’s literally all we’ve gotten in terms of the lore for it so far.
but it uses the ‘Kiroku-tai’ (記録帯) from the ‘Recording Band’ term from the Pruning Timeline theory bullshit, and the japanese term for Lostbelt is ‘Ibuntai’, and I thought ‘Revelation Belt’ was fun. that’s a fun term, right? who cares. there’s no official term so I can do what I want.
listen i know nobody cares but it’s almost 2AM and i’m tired and I tried to get a translation of Larva Tiamat’s profile out and literally everything was fine outside of the fact that one term bugged me and pissed me off so much you don’t understand. i get a chance to rant sometimes. i deserve a chance to yell at the vile, melting pot that is Nasuverse lore.

All right. All right. So Deep breaths. This is only my opinion. I read half-away the new chapter before the speed click bothered me and I decided to take a break. But it’s not explained yet, correct? I throw my hat in, first revising your stated concepts.
「 記録帯」 = Records or Recording Bands.
「 固定帯 」 = Time Lock or Anchored/Fixed Bands (this is for Humanity Foundation). Not all the records become this.
「 異聞帯 」= Lostbelt or Strange Bands (There is some nuance of being odd or curious and usual, because they are from fantasy).
「 黙示記録帯 」 = Apocalypse or Revelations Record Band (the Armageddon type, not the epiphany type).Band is “information” or “data” observed and compiled events. You can use belt too because it sounds cooler. What I’m understanding from this? That if Beast VII facilitated a way to simulate fantasy into reality (using the basis of pruned possibilities and turning them into what-if). What presumably Beast VI is doing is possible a rehearse of part 1, took that data and used it to overwrite the reality of 2017 in Arcade world into a redo of part 1 thus making an Apocalypse a record accepted by history in this way, because probably is recorded as ‘cleared’ thus part of 「 編纂事象 」. The method is called “temptation” and “fabrication.” We don’t know exactly what entails.
If that’s what’s happening, then Guda, Mash and Da Vinci are probably overwritten to be adjusted into believing that they never faced this crisis before. Mash got her growth as Servant overturned. That’s why the memories of Roman are gone (or suppressed), because he’s a bug in this scheme (like Da Vinci was in that Case Files event, ooh!). The reason why Mash does not have a personality change is probably because, even if she doesn’t remember Roman’s name, his education existed (that solves a plot hole). He should be gone in 2017 of the aftermath of FGO’s incineration, and because Solomon related things can probably take away or make Beast VI’s entire fabrication could crash and burn. Since the basis of why this exists is an Apocalyptic event provoked by the Demon Gods and ended by Solomon. The best she can do is make facsimiles of them which automatically renews the data they already produced. There was a little loredump that the manifestation of the demon gods would cause those Singularities automatically somewhere in the past chapters. Or something like that /handwave/
The last two Singularities had unexpected enemies that were not part of the usual scheme, those enemies - Lion King and Tiamat - return as weakened allies to help to overcome those chapters in Arcade. There are also counterparts to certain Servants such as Proto Merlin and Sita, but they do not change the flow of the events. Since those Singularities were off rails, instead of a close replication, the Beast chooses a new holders of the Holy Grail (but keeping the “general” theme: resurrected person in Babylon, brought back “differently” and a Religious Zealot in Jerusalem). Nebuchadnezzar II is the “Kingu” and Jacques de Molay is the “False Richard Lionheart” of their respective Singularities. As bonus, those guys are connected to Solomon and Solomon’s temple. Is this a happy coincidence or because this Apocalypse record source was Solomon and his Temple (The Temple Super Reality Marble was Solomon himself: “This Space is called Solomon”), this Beast must grab what she can?
The incident of part 1 became a「 記録帯」 because it was solved successfully thanks to Solomon (not confuse this with 「 固定帯 」as it is not yet established or become locked. These are all items pending revisions which makes it easier to intervene than taking on actual time locks like Goetia did). However in this rehash, there is no Solomon (uh yet, as the dread and perspiration covers the furious hearts of us non Arcade players that feared in the corner of their souls that Arcade will claim another victim), so technically no way to stop it without Solomon (error: not found), thus morphs into a 「 黙示記録帯 」. That’s all I got, at least, tentatively, I might be wrong and Nasu will explain someday what entails. For now all we can do is speculate what is roughly transpiring.
